Big-company protection, startup budget
SentinelOne endpoint protection, NinjaOne monitoring, and automatic patching on every device, for far less than a full managed IT contract.
Startup Flex plan · For new companies with 1 to 15 people
Startup Flex gives founders and small teams the endpoint protection a large firm buys, with email support and booked calls instead of a 24/7 phone desk. It's month to month, so you can add people, let contractors go, and change support level without penalties.
For new companies with 1 to 15 people.
SentinelOne endpoint protection, NinjaOne monitoring, and automatic patching on every device, for far less than a full managed IT contract.
Three support levels, from alerts-only to booked calls and admin work. Change level as your company changes.
Add a laptop for a new hire, remove one when a contractor leaves. Your bill follows your devices.
Tight month? Move down to Shield and stay protected, then move back up with no fee.
On Launch Plus we handle new-hire and departure setup, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace admin, and a quarterly security check-in.
Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace backup is included with Launch Plus and available as an add-on on the other levels.
Every level includes the same protection on every device. What changes is how much hands-on help is included.
| Level | Shield | Launch | Launch Plus |
|---|---|---|---|
| Billed | Per device | Per device | Per user (up to 2 devices each) |
| Protection | SentinelOne EDR, NinjaOne monitoring, patching, disk-encryption check | Same as Shield | Same as Shield |
| Support | Security alerts handled by us; questions by email | Email support and remote fixes; one 30-minute booked call a month | Priority email support; up to 2 hours of booked calls a month |

Booked-call allowances are per company per month. Extra call time can be added at an hourly rate.
The base of every plan
Whichever plan you choose, each enrolled device gets the same protection floor. Plans differ in how much hands-on help is included, not in whether your devices are protected.
Endpoint detection and response (EDR) that watches for suspicious behavior, not just known viruses.
Device health checks that flag problems such as disabled protection, low disk space, or a failing drive.
Operating system and application updates applied on a schedule, so you don't have to remember.
Security alerts from your devices come to Phantom Guard, and we follow up with you when something needs your attention.
Startup Flex isn't the right fit if you need someone on the phone around the clock, on-site work, or a compliance program such as HIPAA or CMMC. Tell us on your call and we'll talk about a larger plan.
Pricing depends on the number of devices covered. Ask for a quote on your call.
Flexible by design
Most Houston managed IT agreements run one to three years and are built for companies with dozens of staff. Ours aren't. Plans are billed monthly, and you can change them as your needs change.
Support, plainly
Our plans trade the round-the-clock phone desk for email support and calls you book, which is how we keep prices well below a traditional managed IT contract. We'd rather be clear about that up front.
How much help your plan includes, such as booked call time, is set out in your service agreement. Extra call time can be added at an hourly rate.
Getting started
Every customer goes through the same short set of steps, tracked in your customer portal so you can see what's done and what's next.
Tell us about your devices and how you work. We'll recommend a plan, and if a different provider would suit you better, we'll say so.
