This policy explains how Phantom Guard LLC ("Phantom Guard," "we," "us") handles information collected through phantomguard.net and our customer portal. Questions? Email questions@phantomguard.net.

Information we collect

Visiting our website. We don't use analytics or advertising cookies. Like any website, our hosting provider (Google Firebase Hosting) and font provider (Google Fonts) receive technical information such as your IP address and browser type in order to deliver the pages.
Signing in to the customer portal. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and Google account identifier. We don't receive your Google password.
Information you give us. This includes what you enter when requesting portal access (name, company, message), the plan you select, and anything you send us by email, phone, or through our appointment scheduler.
Account and onboarding details. We keep records of your plan, onboarding status, and the installer link we provide you.
Payments. Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We don't receive or store your full card number. Stripe's handling of your payment information is covered by Stripe's privacy policy.

Information collected by the security and management tools we install on your devices as part of a managed plan is covered by your service agreement, not this policy.

How we share information

We don't sell your personal information or share it for advertising. We share information only with service providers that help us operate, such as Google (hosting, sign-in, database, and email) and Stripe (payments), and only as needed for them to provide their services. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.

Browser storage

When you sign in to the portal, Firebase Authentication stores a sign-in session in your browser so you stay signed in. This is necessary for the portal to work. We don't use it for tracking.

How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as we need it to provide our services and meet legal, accounting, and security obligations. You can ask us to delete your portal account and request information at any time.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including access controls that limit portal data to you and authorized Phantom Guard staff. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing questions@phantomguard.net. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law.

Children

Our website and portal are not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new effective date.
