Executive plan · For remote professionals, executives, and home offices

Work from home without bringing the risk home.

Executive adds a second layer of protection, checks that your laptop's data is encrypted, and reviews your home network, for people whose work lives on the same Wi-Fi as the smart TV.

What you get with Executive

For remote professionals, executives, and home offices.

Everything in Essential

Managed antivirus and EDR, automatic updates, health monitoring, and the remote support agent.

A second line of defense

An additional next-generation antivirus layer, so one product missing something isn't the end of the story.

A lost laptop is just a lost laptop

We check that disk encryption (BitLocker or FileVault) is on, so the data on a lost or stolen device is far harder for anyone else to read.

A home network built for work

A review of your router and Wi-Fi with recommendations for separating work devices from smart-home and guest devices.

Support options that fit

Remote support arrangements are discussed on your call and written into your agreement, so expectations are clear from day one.

The base of every plan

The protection large companies buy, on every device.

Whichever plan you choose, each enrolled device gets the same protection floor. Plans differ in how much hands-on help is included, not in whether your devices are protected.

SentinelOne endpoint protection

Endpoint detection and response (EDR) that watches for suspicious behavior, not just known viruses.

NinjaOne monitoring

Device health checks that flag problems such as disabled protection, low disk space, or a failing drive.

Automatic patching

Operating system and application updates applied on a schedule, so you don't have to remember.

Alerts handled by us

Security alerts from your devices come to Phantom Guard, and we follow up with you when something needs your attention.

Flexible by design

Start small. Scale up or down month to month.

Most Houston managed IT agreements run one to three years and are built for companies with dozens of staff. Ours aren't. Plans are billed monthly, and you can change them as your needs change.

No long-term contractPlans renew monthly. Cancel any time by email; service runs to the end of the month you've paid for.
Add devices any timeA new device is protected once its agent is installed, and it's added to your bill.
Remove devices any timeRetire a laptop or lose a seat and your next invoice drops. No penalty.
Downshift instead of cancelNeed to cut costs? Drop to a lighter support level and keep your devices protected. Move back up when you're ready.
A clean exitIf you leave, we remove our agents, send you a final device report, and delete stored recovery keys once you confirm you have what you need.

Support, plainly

Email and booked calls, not a phone queue.

Our plans trade the round-the-clock phone desk for email support and calls you book, which is how we keep prices well below a traditional managed IT contract. We'd rather be clear about that up front.

How support works

  • Email support@phantomguard.net and your message becomes a ticket we work through in order
  • Book a call or remote session through our online calendar when something needs a closer look
  • Business hours are Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Central
  • Outside business hours your protection keeps running automatically; we review alerts during business hours

What's not included

  • A 24/7 help desk or phone line
  • On-site visits
  • Compliance programs such as HIPAA or CMMC
  • General IT help with software, printers, or accounts we don't manage
  • Incident response or data recovery (we can refer you to specialists)

How much help your plan includes, such as booked call time, is set out in your service agreement. Extra call time can be added at an hourly rate.
