Essential

For households and individual users

Essential puts the same kind of managed security tools businesses use on your family's computers, then keeps them updated for you. No contract, no technical know-how needed.

About Essential

Executive

For remote professionals, executives, and home offices

Executive adds a second layer of protection, checks that your laptop's data is encrypted, and reviews your home network, for people whose work lives on the same Wi-Fi as the smart TV.

About Executive

Startup Flex

For new companies with 1 to 15 people

Startup Flex gives founders and small teams the endpoint protection a large firm buys, with email support and booked calls instead of a 24/7 phone desk. It's month to month, so you can add people, let contractors go, and change support level without penalties.

About Startup Flex

For employers

For companies with remote or hybrid staff

Give remote and hybrid staff the same managed security stack on every enrolled device, as an employee benefit or as part of your remote-work requirements. Add licenses when you hire and remove them when people leave.

About For employers

The base of every plan

The protection large companies buy, on every device.

Whichever plan you choose, each enrolled device gets the same protection floor. Plans differ in how much hands-on help is included, not in whether your devices are protected.

SentinelOne endpoint protection

Endpoint detection and response (EDR) that watches for suspicious behavior, not just known viruses.

NinjaOne monitoring

Device health checks that flag problems such as disabled protection, low disk space, or a failing drive.

Automatic patching

Operating system and application updates applied on a schedule, so you don't have to remember.

Alerts handled by us

Security alerts from your devices come to Phantom Guard, and we follow up with you when something needs your attention.

Flexible by design

Start small. Scale up or down month to month.

Most Houston managed IT agreements run one to three years and are built for companies with dozens of staff. Ours aren't. Plans are billed monthly, and you can change them as your needs change.

No long-term contractPlans renew monthly. Cancel any time by email; service runs to the end of the month you've paid for.
Add devices any timeA new device is protected once its agent is installed, and it's added to your bill.
Remove devices any timeRetire a laptop or lose a seat and your next invoice drops. No penalty.
Downshift instead of cancelNeed to cut costs? Drop to a lighter support level and keep your devices protected. Move back up when you're ready.
A clean exitIf you leave, we remove our agents, send you a final device report, and delete stored recovery keys once you confirm you have what you need.

Support, plainly

Email and booked calls, not a phone queue.

Our plans trade the round-the-clock phone desk for email support and calls you book, which is how we keep prices well below a traditional managed IT contract. We'd rather be clear about that up front.

How support works

  • Email support@phantomguard.net and your message becomes a ticket we work through in order
  • Book a call or remote session through our online calendar when something needs a closer look
  • Business hours are Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Central
  • Outside business hours your protection keeps running automatically; we review alerts during business hours

What's not included

  • A 24/7 help desk or phone line
  • On-site visits
  • Compliance programs such as HIPAA or CMMC
  • General IT help with software, printers, or accounts we don't manage
  • Incident response or data recovery (we can refer you to specialists)

How much help your plan includes, such as booked call time, is set out in your service agreement. Extra call time can be added at an hourly rate.

Questions

Is there a contract or minimum term?

No. Plans are billed monthly and renew until you cancel. When you cancel, service continues to the end of the billing period you've paid for. See our Terms of Service.

Can I add or remove devices?

Yes. Ask us to add a device and we'll set it up; remove one and your bill follows from the next billing period. Your portal shows what's on your account.

Is there a minimum number of devices?

No. Our plans are built for households, individuals, and teams of up to about 15 people, so you can start with the devices you have today. We'll confirm what's covered before you subscribe.

Is there a 24/7 help desk?

No. Protection runs around the clock automatically, and we review alerts during business hours (Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Central). Help is by email and booked calls; there's no phone queue. If you need a 24/7 help desk, we'll say so on our call.

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on the plan and how many devices are covered. We'll give you a clear monthly price on your call, before anything is billed.

Not sure which plan fits?

Tell us about your devices and how you work. We'll recommend a plan, and if a different provider would suit you better, we'll say so.
